Care information
Here is how to take care and handle our bouquets;
1. Do NOT put them in the sun. If you are keeping them outside (which we DO NOT recommend) place them in a shady area. Our bouquets look and last longer when placed inside. If you would like to place them outside we charge an extra fee for a shine solution.
2. Our foil balloons shrink in the cold. They fill back up when in room temperature.
3. Keep out of reach of pets and kids.
4. When transporting them, DO NOT put them in the trunk. They work best sitting on your seats. Place a rolled up towel behind the base so they don’t slide around. Make sure to take your turns slowly.
- We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to balloons after they have been picked up. We cannot replace damaged balloons. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which balloons could arrive.
- Please ensure you have a large vehicle, such as Full size SUV or Minivan, to transport your balloons. This will help prevent any damage.
