Bouquet Care & Handling

Our balloon bouquets are air-filled, rather than helium-filled, which means they require slightly different care and handling to keep them looking their best.

Please follow these simple care tips to help your bouquet stay beautiful for as long as possible:

☀️ Keep Away From Direct Sunlight

Avoid placing your bouquet in direct sunlight, as heat and UV exposure can affect the balloons and cause them to fade or pop.

We strongly recommend keeping your bouquet indoors for the best appearance and longevity.

If you choose to display your bouquet outdoors, an additional fee applies for our outdoor shine treatment. Please note that outdoor placement is still at the customer's discretion.

❄️ Cold Temperatures

Foil balloons may appear to shrink when exposed to cold temperatures. Don't worry! They will return to their original appearance once they are brought back to room temperature.

🐾 Keep Away From Pets & Young Children

Balloons can be a choking hazard and may be damaged by sharp claws, teeth, or rough handling. Please keep your bouquet safely out of reach of pets and young children.

🚗 Transporting Your Bouquet

For safe transportation, please do not place your bouquet in the trunk.

Instead, place it securely on a seat in your vehicle. We recommend placing a rolled-up towel behind the base to help prevent the bouquet from sliding.

Drive carefully, take turns slowly, and avoid sudden stops or sharp movements to help keep your bouquet looking picture-perfect.
