What began as a small business after welcoming my daughter has grown into a true passion for creating unforgettable celebrations.

At Monarch Balloons, we believe every event deserves to feel extraordinary. From intimate celebrations to grand occasions, we are dedicated to creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed balloon décor that elevates your event and leaves a lasting impression.

We offer professional delivery and setup throughout the GTA. Delivery fees are based on location and order minimums.

Richmond Hill — $20 delivery fee
Aurora, Vaughan, Thornhill, Stouffville & Markham — $25 delivery fee
North York, Newmarket, Scarborough & East Gwillimbury — $35 delivery fee

Woodbridge, Pickering, Toronto, Bradford & Uxbridge — $45 delivery fee

Please note: Any paid parking required at your event location is an additional charge and will be billed separately.

EVENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES

We are so excited to be part of your upcoming celebration and look forward to creating something beautiful for you and your guests.

To ensure every event receives the time, care, and preparation it deserves, please review the following policies before placing your order.

ORDER CHANGES

Colour changes or other modifications to your order may be requested up to 14 days before your event date.

Changes requested within 14 days of your event will be subject to a $25 change fee.

SECURING YOUR EVENT DATE

For orders placed by phone or through chat, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.

For orders placed online, full payment is required at checkout.

Once your deposit or payment has been received, your date and time are reserved exclusively for your event.

If you need to reschedule your event, a $25 date-change fee will apply.

FINAL PAYMENT

For orders secured with a deposit, the remaining balance is due upon our arrival and before setup begins.

Final payment must be made by e-transfer before setup can begin.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit reserves your event date and time and prevents that availability from being offered to another client.

For orders paid in full:

  • If your event is cancelled 7 or more days before the event date, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained as the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Once your event has been fully installed, returns and refunds are not accepted.

BALLOON & PROP SAFETY

Your safety and the safety of your guests are extremely important to us.

Our installations and rental items are designed to be enjoyed as intended. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Balloon installations are recommended for indoor use whenever possible.

  • Direct sunlight can cause balloons to fade, fog, weaken, and burst. If an installation must be outdoors, we strongly recommend placing it in a shaded area.

  • Outdoor installations are affected by weather conditions, including heat, wind, rain, and humidity. Monarch Balloons cannot guarantee the integrity of an outdoor installation once it has been exposed to the elements.

  • Some installations and props may create potential tripping hazards. Please keep guests clear of installation bases, stands, weights, and support structures.

  • Please do not move, remove, or reposition any weights or equipment used to secure an installation.

  • Deflated or popped latex balloons can present a choking hazard and should be removed immediately.

  • Children should always be supervised around balloon installations and rental props.

  • Please ensure that all décor and rental items are used safely and only for their intended purpose.

Monarch Balloons is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, movement, mishandling, or unsafe behaviour involving our installations or rental equipment.

RENTAL ITEMS & DAMAGES

All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided.

A $50 fee per affected item will apply to items that are damaged, misused, lost, stolen, or otherwise returned in unacceptable condition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse

  • Intentional damage

  • Using equipment for a purpose for which it was not designed

  • Missing or stolen items

  • Leaving rental items outdoors or exposed to weather conditions that may cause damage

AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS

By submitting a deposit or completing payment for your event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Monarch Balloons Event Agreement & Policies.
