Free setup/delivery in SOME areas of the GTA.

They include North York, Vaughn, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Newmarket, Markham, Scarborough, Aurora and East Gwillimbury.

Outside areas will be charged a $30-$70 delivery fee and they are Ajax ($30) Uxbridge($30), Bradford($30), Toronto($30), Pickering ($30), Woodbridge ($40) Etobicoke ($40), Brampton ($40), Mississauga($50), Oshawa($50), Whitby ($50) Barrie($70), Alliston ($70), Oakville ($70)

Policies

If your order is placed through our website full payment is required. If you would like to pay Via etransfer we ask for a deposit of half your total to book your date. The remaining amount is due upon setup.

Cancelation for small table top balloon bouquet orders must be made 24 hours in advance to receive full refund. Anything after our policy or before the event date are subject to a 50% refund.

Cancelation on the day of set up will NOT receive any money back. 

Cancelation for gift baskets must be made 48 hours in advance to receive full refund. Anything after that will be subject to a 50% refund

A deposit for half of the final price is required for any balloon arch, backdrop or garland. The remaining amount due is required the day before set up by noon. Deposit will not be refunded if cancelation of your event occurs or of the full amount is not paid by time appointed. If paid in full and you require a cancelation, we will refund half of the total amount.

Full payment is required for any filled or light up letters/numbers. If cancelation of your event is required, 20% of each letter/number will be refunded.


We ask for all payments to be made by E-transfer, Visa or MasterCard

We are not liable for any orders after pickup or delivery
