Free setup/delivery in SOME areas of the GTA.

They include North York, Vaughn, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Newmarket, Markham, Scarborough, Aurora and East Gwillimbury.

Outside areas will be charged a $24-$54 delivery fee and they are Ajax ($24) Uxbridge($24), Bradford($24), Toronto($24), Pickering ($24), Woodbridge ($24) Etobicoke ($34), Brampton ($34), Mississauga($44), Oshawa($44), Whitby ($44) Barrie($54), Alliston ($54), Oakville ($54)

Policies

- Our rewards points system CAN NOT be combined with any other offer. -

  • Customers earn $1.00 off entire order for every 100 points redeemed
  • Order must be over $50 to start redeeming points. 

Monarch Balloons Event Agreement

We at Monarch Balloons are so excited about your upcoming event and can’t wait to see the wonderful look when you and your guests see our magnificent balloon creations! 

Please note: 

  • Changes to your order ie colours can be made 10 days before your event. Anything after that will be subject to a $25 fee.
  • We ask for a deposit of half the total to secure your date when ordering over the phone or through chat. When ordering online full payment is required. If you decided to reschedule a $25 date switch fee will apply.  
  • The remaining amount is due TWO days before your event via e-transfer by noon. If finally payment is late a $5 daily fee will apply and or legal actions will be taken. 
  • If you decided to cancel your event your deposit will be held as it serves as a guarantee and commitment. Once your deposit is sent we then block that time and spot so other clients can’t book an event at the same time. 
  • If you paid in full for your event and you decide to cancel, we will refund you half the total as the other half would be considered a deposit.  

Make sure to use our displays as intended. We know that small children or rowdy teens and possibly intoxicated adults may be attending your event and we want to ensure your guests’ safety along with the safety of our equipment. Please take a moment to review the following: 

  • Monarch Balloons always recommends balloon installations for indoor use.
  • Balloons when left in direct sunlight are likely to fog and burst VERY easily. If they must be outside, we suggest finding an area in the shade for any installations.
  • Monarch Balloons cannot control the weather. Outdoor setups may not maintain their integrity when facing Mother Nature.
  • Please be careful around the installations as some may present tripping hazards.
  • Please do not move/remove any weights used to secure props.
  • Latex balloons if deflated or popped present a choking hazard.
  • Please ensure the decorations/props are used under proper supervision.

All rented items are to be returned in the same condition as issued or will be subject to a $50 fee per item affected. 

  • Damages including but not limited to, are subject to the $50 fee.
  •  Equipment that was used for a purpose for which it was not designed
  •  Misuse, Abuse, or intentional damage
  • Mysterious disappearance or theft
  • Leaving items outside in weather that may damage props

Monarch Balloons is not responsible for any injury sustained due to mishandling of the props or behaviour deemed unsafe.

Completing a deposit to book your event has meant you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
