Natasha was amazing!!! It was my son's 1st birthday and the theme was honey bee and the balloon arch was dot on the theme. Beautiful, elegant yet fun looking. I contacted Monarch Balloons for my baby shower decoration and the backdrop decor was stunning. Natasha heard what I wanted since day one and did a great job. If you're thinking of hiring someone for your parties, I'd definitely recommend them, customer service is 10/10 ( Natasha is super responsive), also they did the delivery/decoration on time and they have good prices :)
