I wanted to thank Monarch Balloons for providing and going way over my expectations. I ordered a backdrop for the first time in my life for my daughters 1st birthday. From the beginning start of the process to the set up, it was everything someone can hope for. The set up turned out beautiful beyond words. I love it & its the most amazing set up for this 1 year old party. the most sweetest and amazing organizer i could of ever come across. I contacted Monarch Balloons to order balloons for a baptism. I had an idea of what I wanted and I was able to see some options from the pictures on her instagram account. The pricing was reasonable and the final product was better than I could have imagined. The balloons were perfect. Natasha was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Monarch Balloons for any occasion.
Absolutely wonderful balloon arches, they looked exactly like the pictures I showed the lady. The setup was super fast, the lady was kind and went out of her way yo help me with the setup. Would use her services anytime I need a decoration.
